THE PRODUCT RANGE
Find equipment for your application.
Choose an equipment family by your finished product. Use the existing categories to compare pipe, profile, sheet, board and related equipment, then send your project requirements for review. Product samples in the images are illustrations; equipment configuration is confirmed for each project.

Single-Wall Corrugated Pipe Machines
Choose the line around the material, pipe diameter, product structure and winding requirements.
Typical application: Flexible corrugated conduit.

Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Machines
Define the outside diameter, inner-wall requirement, application and forming conditions.
Typical application: Double-wall drainage pipe.

Plastic Pipe Extrusion Lines
Start with material, pipe construction, dimensions, pressure or application requirements.
Typical application: Rigid plastic pipe and flexible hose.

Profile Extrusion Lines
Share a profile drawing to plan extrusion, calibration, haul-off and cutting.
Typical application: PVC profiles and wall panels.

Sheet & Board Extrusion Lines
Confirm material, sheet width, thickness, surface requirement and downstream process.
Typical application: Plastic sheet and decorative board.

PP Hollow Board Machines
Specify the hollow structure, width, thickness and intended packaging or construction use.
Typical application: Fluted PP sheet and hollow board.

PVC Granulators
Discuss formulation, feeding, pellet form, cooling and material-handling requirements.
Typical application: PVC compound pellets.

Other Extrusion Lines
This range includes PET/PP packing strap, EPE fruit net, and washing or pelletizing systems.
Typical application: Packing strap, foam net and recycling.

Auxiliary Machines
Find mixing, crushing, pulverizing, cooling and pipe processing equipment.
Typical application: Material preparation and downstream tasks.
START WITH YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT
Find the most relevant equipment family
Choose the product you plan to make, the broad material family and your project stage. The selector routes you to an existing equipment category and prepares the correct enquiry path. Final configuration still depends on your drawings, dimensions, formulation, output basis and factory conditions.
For a useful first reply, include the finished product, material or formulation, size range, structure or layers, target output basis, voltage and required downstream scope.
Prepare a complete quotation request · Compare suppliers · Plan acceptance checks
Browse equipment families directly
The selector is a navigation aid. It does not select a machine model or promise output, dimensions or product performance.
Plastic extrusion machinery for complete production projects
RUNNING MACHINE helps buyers define plastic extrusion machinery from the finished product backward. A useful proposal begins with the product material, drawing or sample, size range, structure, output basis and factory conditions. These inputs determine which equipment functions belong in the production line and which items should remain optional.
| Finished product | Relevant equipment family | First information to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Rigid pipe or reinforced hose | Plastic pipe extrusion lines | Resin or formulation, dimensions, wall or layer structure, joining and delivery format |
| Flexible conduit or corrugated hose | Single-wall corrugated pipe machines | Application, profile drawing, size range, slit requirement and coil or cut format |
| Structured drainage pipe | Double-wall corrugated pipe machines | Material, pipe standard or drawing, stiffness basis, joint design and handling |
| Profile, panel, sheet or board | Profile lines and sheet and board lines | Cross-section or width, thickness, surface, calibration and downstream process |
| Pellet or material preparation | PVC granulators and auxiliary machines | Feed material, condition, formulation or contamination, required process and delivery form |
Compare the full line boundary, not one machine name
An extrusion project can include material handling, dosing or mixing, extrusion, die tooling, calibration or forming, cooling, haul-off, cutting or winding, inspection, recycling and finished-product handling. The correct sequence changes with the product. Ask suppliers to separate standard supply, options, tooling, buyer-supplied utilities and commissioning responsibilities so quotations can be compared on the same boundary.
- Use the quotation checklist to prepare a consistent request.
- Review the supplier evaluation guide before comparing proposals.
- Define trial conditions and evidence with the factory acceptance checklist.
Send the product information for a project review
Contact Mac Lee with the finished product, material or formulation, dimensions, structure or layers, target output and measurement basis, voltage, destination and required downstream scope. RUNNING MACHINE will use the information to clarify the equipment boundary before preparing a project-specific proposal.
