PROFILE, TRUNKING AND PANEL PRODUCTION
Start a profile extrusion project with the profile drawing, material formulation, surface requirement and the way the product will be cut or handled.

What this equipment is used for
Profile extrusion lines are planned for products such as plastic profiles, trunking, ceiling or wall panels, corner beads, window and door profiles, and WPC profile products. Tooling and calibration follow the specific cross-section rather than a generic machine size.
Typical equipment scope
- Material preparation and feeding for the selected formulation
- Extruder and profile die
- Calibration table and cooling system
- Haul-off and cutting equipment
- Stacking, embossing or other downstream units when required
The final line arrangement depends on the material, product drawing, required output and factory conditions. This page is a planning guide rather than a fixed technical specification.
What to confirm before quotation
- Dimensioned profile drawing or physical sample
- Material and formulation information
- Surface, color and dimensional requirements
- Target output and cut length
- Downstream treatment or packing requirement
- Power supply, cooling and installation space
Choose a profile extrusion application
Start with the finished cross-section, material and downstream process. Each page lists the information needed to define a project-specific equipment scope.
See an extruded profile moving through downstream equipment
What the clip shows: a close view of a formed profile moving through a downstream section. Profile geometry, formulation, surface requirement, cutting method and other finishing steps must be confirmed before the line scope is defined.
This is equipment and process footage for application reference. It does not establish a customer project, factory location, production rate or finished-product specification.

PP PVC Profile and Trunking Extrusion Line
Plan technical profiles and cable trunking from a dimensioned section, material and downstream operations.

PVC Ceiling and Wall Panel Production Line
Define the panel section, formulation, visible surface, decoration process, cutting and packing workflow.

PVC Corner Bead Profile Machine
Define the profile angle, wing geometry, perforation or mesh design, length and bundle format.

PVC Window and Door Profile Extrusion Line
Plan multi-chamber window and door profiles around the complete drawing set and assembly interfaces.

WPC PVC Door and Door Frame Production Line
Define material preparation, extrusion, surface finishing and fabrication for door and frame products.
All images are application illustrations. Final equipment scope and technical specifications are confirmed for each project.
WPC wood-plastic profiles
Use the dedicated WPC profile page for decking, cladding and trim sections. Door panels and frames remain under their separate application page.

WPC Wood-Plastic Profile Extrusion Line
Define WPC decking, cladding or trim equipment from the formulation, profile section, density, surface and finishing workflow.
Images are application illustrations. Final equipment scope and technical specifications are confirmed for each project.
Use the finished profile drawing to define the line
A profile extrusion line should be selected from the cross-section and the complete finishing route. Send a dimensioned drawing for every priority profile, identify the material or formulation and mark the visible surfaces, mating features and critical dimensions. Also state whether the product is trunking, panel, corner bead, window or door profile, WPC section or another defined application. Similar outside dimensions can still require different tooling, calibration and downstream equipment.
Compare tooling, changeover and downstream responsibilities
- Tooling: list each die, calibrator, cooling fixture and change part included for the drawing set.
- Surface and finishing: identify embossing, lamination, printing, punching, drilling or other operations and state whether they are online or separate.
- Cut and handling: define cut length, tolerance, collection method, protective film and packing sequence.
- Production basis: connect requested output to a named profile, formulation and agreed measurement period.
- Factory boundary: provide voltage, water conditions, compressed air, usable line length and buyer-supplied equipment.
Ask suppliers to show the complete material path and identify standard supply, options and buyer responsibilities. Use the quotation checklist to compare scope and the factory acceptance checklist to agree the sample, measurements and records required before shipment.
Send a profile extrusion project basis
Send Mac Lee the drawings or sample information, material, surface and finishing requirements, priority profiles, cut length, output basis, utilities and destination. RUNNING MACHINE will use these inputs to clarify the line boundary for a project-specific proposal.
