A PP or PVC profile line should be planned from the finished cross-section, material system and downstream operations. Cable trunking, edging, channels and technical profiles may look similar at a distance but can need different tooling, calibration, pulling and cutting arrangements.
Send a dimensioned drawing or clear sample before equipment selection. The drawing helps separate critical visible surfaces, wall sections, grooves, clips and interfaces that must fit another part.

Frequently asked questions
Can one line make several profile shapes?
Some profiles may share the extrusion and downstream platform, but each shape can need its own die, calibrator and fixture set. Provide the full product list so changeovers and shared equipment can be reviewed.
Is a sample enough to prepare a proposal?
A sample helps explain appearance and fit. A dimensioned drawing and material information are still needed to define tooling and acceptance points.
Can punching or printing be included?
These operations can be evaluated after the hole pattern, print content, location, repeat distance and line-integration requirement are defined.
