Can several window profiles share one line?
They may share core equipment when the size and process ranges are compatible, while dies, calibrators and fixtures remain product-specific. Submit the whole profile system for review.
What does the supplier need besides drawings?
Material information, visible-surface requirements, inspection method, production mix and utility conditions help define the line beyond the tooling geometry.
Can co-extrusion be included?
State the co-extruded material, location, purpose and section drawing. The requirement can then be assessed with the main extrusion and calibration process.
