
PVC corner bead equipment should match the profile angle, wing design, perforation or mesh arrangement and final installation method. A generic profile description is not enough to define the die and downstream operations.
Begin with a dimensioned drawing and, when possible, a representative product sample. Mark the surfaces, holes, mesh or reinforcement features that affect installation and quality inspection.

Frequently asked questions
Can perforation be completed inline?
That depends on the hole pattern, profile speed, material behavior and required edge quality. Supply a drawing of the perforation pattern for review.
Can the line make corner bead with mesh?
Mesh handling and attachment must be defined as part of the product process. Provide the mesh specification and a sample of the finished assembly.
Which dimensions are most important?
Mark the angle, wing width, material thickness, hole pattern and any fitting surface on the drawing. Also state how the customer will inspect the product.
