An ultra-high-speed configuration should be defined by a finished product and a repeatable acceptance method, not by a headline speed alone. Resin behavior, pipe size, corrugation profile, mould-block design, cooling capacity and winding format can all change the stable production window.

Ask each proposal to state the resin, pipe size, wall and profile, tooling set, cooling conditions, finished-product format, run duration and accepted product checks behind the stated production target. A rate quoted for one small product should not be assumed for the complete size range.

Frequently asked questions

Does ultra-high-speed describe every product in the range?

No. A production target has meaning only with a defined material, size, profile, tooling, downstream format and acceptance condition. Confirm the test product and method in the quotation.

Is a larger extruder enough to raise line speed?

Not by itself. Forming, cooling, mould circulation, product control and downstream handling must work together with the extrusion section.

How should the line be accepted?

Use agreed material and tooling, define the run condition, record settings, measure the finished tube and compare accepted output over the stated period.
