PVC foam board equipment should be defined around the formulation, board construction, density, surface and later fabrication. Cabinet board, sign board and interior products can require different balances of surface appearance, internal structure and handling.
Provide a physical board sample or a section photograph when possible. State whether the target product is free-foam, Celuka-type or another defined construction, because the process and tooling scope should follow the product requirement.

Frequently asked questions
Why is board density needed before quotation?
Density is part of the finished product definition and affects material consumption, process planning and equipment selection. Supply a target value or an accepted sample rather than relying only on thickness.
Can the line include surface finishing?
State whether finishing happens inline or separately and provide the expected surface. Sanding, protective film, printing and lamination are different operations and should be listed individually.
How should recycled material be discussed?
Describe the material source, preparation, expected proportion and quality controls. Do not assume all scrap can return directly to the main process without preparation.
