Frequently asked questions
Is a door panel line the same as a door frame line?
They can differ in section geometry, tooling, calibration and downstream handling. Provide both product drawings if the project includes panels and frames.
When should surface finishing be selected?
Define the intended finish during line planning because surface quality and later sanding, embossing, lamination or coating can affect upstream handling requirements.
Can material preparation be included?
It can be scoped after the resin, wood-fibre or filler system, formulation workflow, moisture-control needs and production plan are known.
