Why is the profile drawing important?
It defines the relationship between the inner and outer walls and affects tooling, forming and material distribution. Diameter alone is not enough for equipment selection.
Can recycled material be used?
State the material plan and product standard. Suitability depends on formulation, layer arrangement and acceptance requirements and should be evaluated for the actual product.
Is socket-forming equipment part of the line?
It can be included when the joint design, size range and production method are specified.
