PVC suction hose combines a flexible wall with a reinforcing structure. Equipment selection therefore depends on both material systems, the reinforcement geometry, the finished hose dimensions and the required coil format.
A project-specific scope may cover separate material feeding, extrusion for the flexible and reinforcing sections, forming or combining, cooling, haul-off and winding. The final arrangement must follow the approved hose cross-section and production sequence.
