PP hollow construction formwork is a thick board with internal spaces designed for building-formwork applications. Its structure, surface, edge design, board weight and fastening method should be defined before the extrusion line and tooling are selected.
Provide a section drawing or cut-edge sample showing the hollow geometry. Also explain how the board will be cut, drilled, joined, cleaned and reused in the intended construction workflow.

Frequently asked questions
How is this board different from thin hollow grid sheet?
Construction formwork uses a thicker structural section and different handling, cutting and application requirements. The two products should not share an assumed tooling specification.
Which product sample is most useful?
A full-width section or clear cut-edge sample helps explain the internal hollow shape. Add drawings for edges, joints and tie holes used in the formwork system.
Should recycling equipment be part of the project?
Describe the expected edge trim, rejected boards and external recycled material separately. The preparation and return route can then be reviewed without assuming unrestricted reuse.
