PP hollow grid sheet is a lightweight twin-wall product with parallel internal flutes between flat skins. A production-line proposal should begin with the sheet structure, dimensions, weight and converting process rather than a generic board-machine model.
Typical downstream uses can include protective packaging, layer pads, signs, dividers and reusable containers. Each use can require different surface treatment, color, printing, cutting, creasing or welding preparation.

Frequently asked questions
Is PP hollow grid sheet the same as solid sheet?
No. The parallel internal flute structure changes the die, calibration and product inspection requirements. Supply a cut-edge sample or structural drawing.
Can recycled PP be included?
Describe the source, preparation, expected proportion and required product appearance. Material consistency and contamination controls must be reviewed for the intended sheet.
Can converting equipment be supplied with the line?
List each required operation and the finished package design. Printing, cutting, creasing, welding and box making are separate processes and should be scoped individually.
