Space and access
Allow for the full production-line length, operating aisles, electrical cabinets, material loading, product handling and maintenance clearance. Check door sizes and unloading access for the largest equipment sections.
Utilities
- Local voltage, frequency and available power
- Cooling-water supply, return and treatment
- Compressed air where required
- Ventilation and safe material handling
Workflow
Map how raw material enters, where it is mixed and fed, how finished product leaves the line, and how scrap is collected. Reserve space for future moulds, spare parts and testing.
Share a factory drawing with the equipment supplier so the proposed arrangement can be checked against the available space.
