Can one line make both PET and PP strap?
Do not assume one configuration covers both materials. Their preparation and process requirements should be checked against the planned product range and changeovers.
Why is the winding format important?
The coil must match later handling and strapping equipment. Provide the core, coil dimensions, weight and winding pattern required by the buyer.
Can recycled material be used?
Describe its source, preparation, contamination control, expected proportion and required strap quality. The filtration and material-preparation scope can then be reviewed.
