Which pelletizing method should be selected?

The method should follow the formulation, material temperature behavior, required pellet form and cooling plan. Share the compound and accepted pellet sample so the process can be reviewed.

Can one line make rigid and flexible PVC compounds?

Do not assume identical equipment and settings. Provide both formulations, production mix and changeover requirements so shared and product-specific components can be identified.

Can returned material be processed?

Describe its source, particle size, cleanliness, moisture, previous processing history and intended proportion. The preparation route and quality controls must be discussed before it is included in the equipment scope.
